In 2002 Kevin Carver of Kennet Valley Chem Dry attended a marketing seminar led by Steve Mills of MAX Marketing. Kevin is the managing director of this carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise based in Thatcham, Berkshire which currently employs approx 30 people. Kennet Valley is one of the largest Chem Dry franchises in the UK and was even then regarded as a leading example of this international franchise operation. (Chem Dry has over 3,800 franchisees operating in 50 countries.)

How did working with MAX Marketing impact Mike Holloway who, with business partner Dave Dymond, set up Cookerburra Oven Cleaning Services in 1993. Starting with one van, they steadily added their own specially formulated cleaning products and mobile equipment including the ‘on van’ solution tank.
